Easy methods to control weight
Overweight male/female persons face a lot of problem and hesitation in society. Because overweight persons Face so many problems in their daily routine like dressing, walking running and some major activities in their daily life. This problem occurs due to overeating, eating junk foods and use oily products.
Those persons who eat a lot of oily products they are the major victim of this problem. But if we use the following methods we can reduce the problem of overweight.
1: Hot water with honey
For weight loss, we use hot water with honey and lemon juice optional. 1 glass of water, add 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tbsp of lemon juice and drink daily with an empty stomach.
2: Mint with honey
Mint maintain the abdomen and it reduces the digestive issues. For that purpose we use mint in hot water steep it and strain after 10 minutes. Add 1 pinch of the black paper strain it and used before cold.
3: Apple vinegar
Apple has a lot of acetic acids which reduce the inflammatory activities and reduce weight. Take 1 glass of water with 2 tablespoons of apple vinegar. Mix this drink and drink in the morning with empty stomach.
4: Lemon juice
Lemon juice is used to reduce the fats from the belly. Take 1 glass of water with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and a pinch of salt add these and drink daily in the morning.
5: Use of watermelon
Watermelon has more than 90% of water and this water reduces hunger. If we feel less hunger then we eat less and which reduce the weight. It has a lot of vitamin C which is beneficial for health.
6: Reduce weight by Aloe Vera
In Aloe Vera juice there are many metabolic effects which reduce the over fats from the body. For this issue, we use Aloe Vera juice 3 times a day.
7: Green tea
One cup of warm water, one tablespoon of green tea and one tablespoon of honey add in warm water steep it and strain after 5 to 7 minute. Then add honey to this tea and drink before it cold.
8: From black pepper
Black paper is very effective for our body which reduces the fate acid from the body. One tablespoon of crushed paper use in anything like salad, in tea and or in any dish helps a lot to reduce weight.
9: Lemon with cinnamon
Cinnamon has many metabolic effects which control weight as well as reduce the heart problems. Take one tablespoon of cinnamon one tablespoon of lemon juice and one tablespoon of honey in one cup of warm water. Mix all these ingredients and drink this one a time in a day.
10: By the use of ginger
Ginger is a natural herb. It reduces the over hunger problem and controls the weight. For this purpose mostly we use ginger tea. Take one tablespoon grated ginger, 1 cup of warm water and one tablespoon of honey. Granted ginger boil in one cup of water and strain it. Then add honey in ginger tea. Drink this warm in the morning.
11: Fresh yogurt
Yogurt has many natural fibers, unlimited vitamins and it is very beneficial for the stomach. Two-time use of honey in a day helps reduce the fats metabolism.
12: Oolong tea with honey
Oolong tea is the dry tea of China which reduces the fates and controls the facts which increase the fates. It also controls the over fats in the belly. one tablespoon oolong tea, one cup of warm water and one tablespoon of honey can be used in the morning to reduce the fats.
